STARTING POINT SS10

At the very beginning of designing Spring Summer 2010 collection, we made masks to encapsulate the essence of what the collection will be. We already had the title " Somewhere between Voodoo and Hindu " which was a quote we came across researching Haiti. Masks were made of found branches, nuts & bolts, leather code, shells all mixed. From here we had the idea of electroforming (metalized) the objects in silver and gold, which we then made neck pieces for the show.
